COVID 19 UPDATE

YOU MUST WEAR A MASK IN THIS FACILITY!

Players are exempt DURING GAMES ONLY ON THE COURT

COACHES and SPECTATORS MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES

You will be asked to leave without a refund if you do not comply.

Please be respectful of this policy.

If you do not have a mask, we have them available for $1.00.

Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected by the outbreak of COVID-19.  Like all of you, we’re monitoring the latest news about COVID-19 closely and are making decisions based off of organization and government recommendations.

As Governor Holcomb announced his road map to reopen, our events will follow in trend with the government directives. Events from now until June 18th, will operate with 100 or less people. 

While we are excited to get back onto the courts, the safety of those who attend events and work at Legacy Courts will always be our top priority.  We are in close consultation and taking guidance from the CDC and local, state, and federal health officials to determine the most effective safety guidelines for each upcoming event.  These guidelines may vary from event to event based on the specific timing, but at minimum will include the following:

• All protocols will be continuously updated in accordance with guidelines from the CDC and state/local government.
• Sanitation stations will be located throughout the facilities.
• All staff and referees will be screened before events.
• There will be a buffer in between games for staff, spectators, and teams to clear so staff can clean before the next wave of games or teams entering.
• In the facility, additional cleaning will take place throughout day.
• In the facility, additional cleaning will take place at the conclusion of each day.
• The number of entrants allowed into each facility will be subject to the guidelines from the CDC and state/local officials.
• Tournament schedules will include game and team/spectator arrival times.
• Tournament schedules will be scheduled in waves to avoid team/spectators waiting and congregating.
• There will be no handshake or high five lines at the conclusion of games.
• All game balls will be provided by the facility as well as sanitized before and after each game.
• Our admission and concession stand staff will be required to wear masks and gloves. Concessions will have limited items available.
• Legacy Courts requests all individuals considered at risk, uncertain, or recently ill to stay home.
• Those who display signs of illness (cough, cold, sneezing) will be asked to leave with a refund.

Prior to each event, we will send out safety protocols and guidelines that each participant, official, staff, and spectators will be required to follow along with the  game schedule.

While we are excited about returning to the courts as quickly as possible, and we are taking every available precaution to ensure our venue is as safe as possible.
